AION 2 Global Oct. 8 Maintenance Boosts Four Quest Wing Tiers

This announcement applies to AION 2 Global on Steam/PURPLE, not the Korean or Taiwanese services. NC’s October 8, 2026 notice sets out a 90-minute maintenance window and a specific improvement to the four wing tiers obtainable through quests.

Scheduled downtime

Servers are due to go offline on October 8 at 11:30 p.m. PDT / October 9 at 8:30 a.m. CEST. That corresponds to October 9 at 2:30 p.m. China Standard Time. NC lists all services as affected and server stabilization among the maintenance goals.

The planned window lasts one hour and 30 minutes. That is an estimate, not a promise of precisely timed access restoration.

Flight Power by quest-wing tier

The Elyos and Asmodian versions of the relevant wings receive the same adjustments:

Daeva’s Superior Wings 500 1,000
Daeva’s Ultimate Wings 500 1,000

That is +500 for each tier, or +2,000 when adding the four separate increases together. It is not a +2,000 boost to each individual wing, nor a statement that flight lasts 2,000 extra seconds.

Players can check the displayed statistics after service resumes. NC does not say this notice applies to every wing earned through events or purchased from a store, so the scope should remain limited to the quest-obtained tiers listed above.

The notice is specifically about Global operations; it does not announce identical changes for Korea or Taiwan.
